General Manager - Operations & SalesLeading irrigation business in Mudgee NSW is seeking to employ a dynamic manager for its fast growing business in Mudgee. The position will require a motivate person with a proven management background in sales and operations.
The Role- The overall management of the irrigation retail outlet including responsibility for purchases, sales and project work in the agricultural, domestic and industrial sector.
- Management of staff, including sales, customer service and field service.
- Development of new business opportunities and the development of the existing sales team.
- You will have experience in management of retail outlets and ideally project based industry (irrigation background experience is preferred, but not essential)
- Experience in the management of internal processes including stock control, sales forecast and budgeting.
- Computer knowledge of words, excel, MYOB accounting and retail,
