Position: Store Manager - Pumps and irrigation
Location: Dunsborough - Western Australia
A flourishing Business has an exciting career opportunity for a motivated Store Manager.
Excellent customer service focus and management skills are some of the key components required to be successful at this rewarding and challenging role.
Your key responsibility will be to ensure that the business targets are met together with smooth operating procedures whilst ensuring the highest clientèles satisfaction levels are met.
Key Requirements Of This Role
- You must have exceptional sales skills and be effective at finding and closing new business opportunities.
- Prior experience and knowledge in pumps and irrigation is desirable, with the ability to administer time schedules for field staff and or contractors in repairs and installation, whilst ensuring accurate invoicing for all work generated.
- Prior management experience with the ability to develop staff members of your team through effective training and coaching
- Possess a strong work ethic with the ability to deal with people on all levels
