The Callide Valley water management team are highly qualified and have extensive hands-on training in dealing with your water-related problems or projects. Our team offer professional informed water management services backed by a years of experience and expertise. We maintain ongoing industry training and deliver innovative, sustainable and efficient solutions, not just products.

Mark Kurtz

Managing Director

With more than 30 years of industry experience, Mark has extensive knowledge and proven capability in all areas of pivots, pumping, irrigation and filtration. His specialty is costing, maintaining and installing centre pivots; lateral move irrigators and hard hose irrigators.

Sasha McLennan

Office Manager

Sasha has 30 years of experience in the farming industry. She oversees the day to day runnings of the business and is the go-to person for all things. Sasha assists with planning and the logistics of projects.

Riley Kurtz

Lead Field Technician

Riley has more than six years of experience in the industry. He is a certified meter validation and installer and is qualified to provide poly welding services. Riley’s main role in the business is to manage projects and build, service and install centre pivot and lateral move irrigation systems. He can also be found on the tools reconditing and servicing pumps.

Oscar Kurtz

Field Technician

Oscar has worked in the irrigation industry since 2017 and has spent many years working alongside his father and brother. His main role in the business is installation, servicing and reconditioning of pumps and irrigation systems. Oscar is licenced to operate many kinds of plant machinery and qualified to supply poly weld services.

Darryn Wiltshire

Project Sales and Design

Darryn has more than 10 years of experience in the industry. He has worked with many water management companies and joined the Think Water Callide Valley team in 2019. Darryn has an extensive knowledge base of Davey products and water systems to assist him with his work in project design.

Chris Kent

Sales and Irrigation Design

Chris began working with the water management team in 2015 and has a wealth of hands-on experience. He has completed industry supplier training for brands including Grundfos and Davey and is has extensive hands-on experience in the design, install and repair of water systems of all shapes and sizes. His main role in the business is irrigation system design, particularly pop-up sprinkler systems, and sales.

Helene Marcussen

Administration Manager

Helene has more than six years of experience in the industry and a Bachelor of Business. She is the go-to-lady when it comes to invoicing, accounts, marketing and general adminstration.

Kath Ross

Administration and Sales

Cath has six years of experience in the water management industry. She has completed the Think Water Training School and a Certificate III in Irrigation. Cath’s main role in the business is ordering stock, accounts, invoicing and sales.

Kelcie Kurtz

Administration and Sales

Kelcie has an extensive knowledge base of components for irrigation, pumping, filtration and water treatment. She is responsible for ordering parts and stock for the store and projects. Kelcie is a certified water meter validator and installer and has completed the Reinke Plus Technician training. She also has a Certificate III in Rural Operations. You can find Kelcie helping out in the store with sales and stock control.
