The Role:

Reporting to the General Manager, your primary responsibility will be to provide superior internal and external customer service that supports the sale of our products and services. This will involve, but not be limited to, assisting customers in store and over the telephone as well as on farm, with their technical enquiries and create solutions that will meet their requirements, follow up sales leads, assist in managing stock levels.

The Successful Candidate:

To be successful in this role, you will have a good knowledge of the irrigation sector, with a minimum of 5 years experience in Centre Pivots and Lateral Irrigators, also sound knowledge of stock watering and solar pumping systems. The ability to diagnose problems and implement efficient solutions and a proven track record as an effective team player. You will also have a strong passion for superior customer service delivery. A class C drivers licence will be mandatory, as well your flexibility with working hours.

Who We Are

Our company now requires a Project Manager to assist our General Manager in providing irrigation solutions to our large expanding customer base.

The Role:

Reporting to the General Manager, your primary responsibility as first point of contact at the face of the business will be to provide superior internal and external customer service in the promotion and sale of our products in their entirety. The major products include Centre Pivots and irrigation products, pumps, solar solutions and all irrigation needs. This will involve, but not be limited to, assisting customers in store, on site and over the telephone with their technical enquiries and create solutions that will meet their requirements, co-ordinate installation and repair jobs with other staff members and manager.
Commissioning systems and training customers on product use will be part of the role. You will be required to liaise with our supplier base to ensure we can provide the best product and support in an efficient manner for our customers. The office/showroom is based in Biloela, however this role requires travel to customers based all over Queensland as well as interstate, and a company vehicle will be provided as part of your remuneration. The majority of work is mainly rural based, however does include civil and domestic projects.

The Successful Candidate:

To be successful in this role, you must have minimum experience of 5 years in the irrigation sector. Your proven capabilities will include, but are not limited to: the ability to interact with our customers in a professional and informative manner, diagnose problems and implement efficient solutions and a proven track record as an effective team player. You will also have a strong passion for superior customer service delivery and the ability to maintain that relationship. A class C drivers licence will be mandatory, as well your flexibility with working hours.

The role:

Reporting to the General Manager, your primary responsibility will be to diagnose, repair, maintain and install a range of irrigation equipment for our customers. This will involve, but is not limited to, diagnosing, create a solution and carry out works to meet the needs of our customers, whether in the field or in-store as required, completion of all relevant paperwork relating to jobs undertaken both in the workshop and on site, materials take-off and ordering of parts and equipment as required, plan external jobs in conjunction with other staff members and managers in addition to the provision of technical advice and sales support to customers in-store and over the phone.

The successful candidate:

To be successful in this role, you will have a minimum of three years experience in pump repairs and installation of irrigation equipment. You will demonstrate a sound knowledge of a variety of pump types, the ability to diagnose problems and implement efficient solutions, a proven track record as an effective team player as well as a strong passion for superior customer service delivery. A Class C driver licence will be mandatory. Flexibility with working hours as weekend work may be required on a roster basis. The preferred candidate must also be willing to travel for training and work as and when necessary. Experience preferred but not essential.

Your proven capabilities will include, but are not limited to: the ability to diagnose problems; have a high attention to detail; an intermediate to advanced level of computer skills; will be able to implement efficient solutions and most importantly you will show a proven track record as an effective team player. A current driver’s licence is mandatory. You will also have a strong passion for superior customer service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

Reporting to the Manager your primary responsibility will be to diagnose, repair, maintain and install a range of pumps & equipment for our customers. This will involve, but not limited to, the following:

  • Diagnose and repair equipment that is presented by customers in the field and in store when required;
  • Completion of all relevant paperwork relating to jobs undertaken both in the workshop and on site;
  • Diagnose and repair a range of pump types including but not limited to submersible, diaphragm, multistage, variable speed drives etc;
  • The provision of technical advice and sales support to customers in-store and over the phone;

The preferred candidate will demonstrate:

  • Sound knowledge of a variety of pump types, pivots & Dairy but not essential
  • Sound mechanical knowledge;
  • The ability to diagnose problems and implement efficient solutions;
  • Strong passion for superior customer service;
  • Drivers licence will be necessary;
  • Be flexible with working hours if required, including some weekends;
  • Work unsupervised;
  • Prepared to follow company policies;
  • Work in a small team environment and be part of that team;
